Montessori Terminology

January 18, 2016 By AJ Hurwitz

AMS Full Member

While doing some reading during this long weekend, I came across this page on the American Montessori Society (AMS) website. Our school is a full member school of AMS. This site in general proceeds some excellent information about the Montessori Method. I was particularly struck by this family resource page identifying some key Montessori terminology that is used quite frequently when discussing the method. I wanted to share it with you in hopes that it may provide some new knowledge and/or clarity to the curriculum in which we follow at CHE. Please find the link here: Montessori Terminology
